For those of you who don't know, I've decided to apply to the New World School of the Arts in Miami. It's a public school that works through UF and Miami Dade, so I has bright futures to help with my middle-class college fail. Also, my aunt lives a few miles away and has two empty bedrooms and multiple cars. This means I get a free room, free car, and delicious food. It's a pretty sweet setup, but being even farther away from Becky and the other Gingers makes me bwah. : ( I'm hoping my uncle will give me a car for keeps that functions well enough for long distance driving.

ANYWAY

Tomorrow _{(technically today)}, I'm going to visit Ms. Gregory at the new high school so she can fill out a recommendation form for me. I'm bringing my portfolio so she can see that I've actually been working, lol. > >

Next weekend my mom and I are going down to Miami to check out the school and visit my aunt. As much as I love that idea, it's kind of sucky timing. -__- But it can't be helped, sooo.. -sigh-

I should be getting my license by the end of the month. I drive to and from school every day and my mom's gonna make me take highway and fancy parking lessons before the test.

My cousin Bene is coming to visit with her family during spring break. I haven't seen them since I went to Norway for xmas a couple years ago and they haven't been here since Bene lived with us my freshman year, so that'll be nice. The problem is that my mom said she doesn't want me making any plans for the whole break. Obviously that means no running off for Ginger times. But I wonder if that means I can't invite people to hang out with my cousins. Cause you guys should meet Bene _{(I think Jett and Keyla have met her?)}. But yeah, she's pretty cool.

Hokay, last thing. My aunt offered me a summer job at the nature center she runs. I'd be a camp counselor making arts and crafts with chaldrens, lol. I've been meaning to take her up on that for a few years now, so I might as well since I'll be moving down there anyway. It won't be for the whole summer, but again, less vacation time with gingers makes me sad. : /
